  • Managing Traffic Flow: Utilizing signs, hand signals, and road barriers to effectively guide traffic around construction sites.
  • Warning Drivers: Placing signs such as "Road Work Ahead" and "Road Closed" to alert drivers of potential hazards.
  • Communicating with Team Members: Keeping other flaggers and construction workers informed about traffic flow and stops to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Supporting Emergency Personnel: Assisting police and medics in crisis situations by providing critical information and support.
  • Reporting Incidents: Noting license plates of drivers who disobey signs or flagger directions and reporting them to your supervisor.
  • Removing Equipment: Taking down signs, cones, and barriers after the job is complete to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Key Requirements:
