Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees and coordinates Airport Shuttle Service activities to ensure a safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operation.
  • Monitors and enforces safe and compliant working environment in accordance with TSA, DOT, USPS, and OSHA regulations and all applicable laws.
  • Enforces Company policies and procedures, including corrective action, and promotes Unifi policy on Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Harassment, and diversity initiatives.
  • Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
  • Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of assigned shift/station.
  • Promotes team building initiatives and performs coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.
  • Ensures information is communicated in a clear, comprehensive manner.
Requirements
  • Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  • Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four-year college education, Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Four+ years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant supervisory experience.
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
  • Enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis (sun, rain, sleet, or snow) May be exposed to a wide variety of weather conditions, jet and machinery noises, fumes, dirt, and dust for extended periods.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervisory experience required.
