Job Summary

As an Operations Coordinator at Froedtert Hospital, you will play a critical role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the department. You will provide direction to the perioperative team to achieve optimal patient outcomes while optimizing available resources, including case management and staff utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care, OR procedures, and personnel in the Operating Rooms
  • Work in collaboration with the MDAO to assure efficient and effective OR suite and staff utilization
  • Provide leadership and direction to the perioperative team
  • Manage case management and staff utilization to optimize available resources
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical Operating Room experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiating skills
  • Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
