We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Floor Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms.
- Follow all safety, security, and key control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete the cleaning of assigned accounts each day and assist with covering absent team members' routines when needed.
