Position Summary:
The Environmental Services team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and infection prevention and control within the facility. The floor care team is responsible for maintaining the appearance of all flooring types within all facilities. In addition, the floor care team may perform various routine housekeeping and cleaning duties such as dry and damp mopping floors, vacuuming rugs and carpets, dusting and sanitizing surfaces in clinical work areas, offices, hallways, restrooms, and patient rooms to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all flooring types within all facilities
Perform routine housekeeping and cleaning duties such as dry and damp mopping floors, vacuuming rugs and carpets, dusting and sanitizing surfaces
Assist in the promotion of a quality experience for patients and their families, staff, and individuals who use the facility
Requirements:
Floor Care - Institutional Environment Preferred - And Healthcare Preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Not Applicable for Licensure/Certification
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday and every other weekend, 11pm-7:30am
Weekend Requirements:
Every Other
