Radiology Technologist Role

• A competitive salary of approximately $62,000 - $82,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

This position entails ensuring that radiographic images are captured at optimal quality through appropriate techniques and patient positioning.

• Determining the most suitable radiographic technique for each case based on anatomy.
• Securing necessary patient history and recording it appropriately for radiologists' reference.
• Operating various radiographic equipment, including portable units, while maintaining adherence to departmental standards for quality control.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of examinations and required information.
• Assisting patients and demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and ability to operate them efficiently is also essential. This role involves working independently as well as part of a team and demonstrates high-quality patient care.

• Possession of an accredited degree in Radiologic Technology and licensure as a certified Registered Technologist by the ARRT.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Previous experience in the field of radiology will be viewed favorably.
