Job Summary

Providence RN is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an acute care environment. As a Rapid Response Nurse, you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care to patients, based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families.
  • Practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the state of employment, the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the ANA scope and standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
