About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Rapid Response Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
