We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Rapid Response Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and responding to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Respond to emergencies and code situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
