Position Overview

The Regional Protection Specialist will be pivotal in enhancing the quality of protection initiatives at both regional and national levels. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of senior-level experience in protection within an international or non-governmental organization. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to draft policy and advocacy documents.
  • Experience in capacity building and collaboration with local partners.
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis methodologies.
  • A solid understanding of regional protection issues and challenges.

Educational Background

A relevant advanced degree in fields such as law or social sciences is required. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages relevant to the operational areas is advantageous.
