Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our Direct Sales Team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within assigned territories.

About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to positively impact revenue through direct sales and channel partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams, including extended sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your ability to create business value, deliver financial justifications, and stay up-to-date with industry trends will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Present and demonstrate our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the assigned customer/prospect base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- Demonstrate an ability to create business value and deliver financial justifications that further account growth.
- Stay up-to-date with PC industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
- Possess technical aptitude and a technical product understanding to insure credibility with executives and technical evaluators.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on PCs and IT services.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits
The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $211,650 - 268,000, which includes base salary and commissions (60/40 split). Dell Technologies offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
