Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Frederick Health Home Care. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Document patient progress and outcomes using our web-based software and documentation system
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Meet all clinical, department, and regulatory expectations
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTE
  • Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Maryland
  • One year of Home Health experience, or equivalent experience in inpatient or skilled settings
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
