About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Frederick, Maryland. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and mobility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper care and safety techniques.
  • Accurately document client progress and care plans.
Requirements
  • A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
