We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at ISD Renal, Inc. in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
- Work collaboratively with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including vital signs and hemodialysis machine setup
- Document patient information and treatment outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active CCHT certification required
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Training or teaching experience in healthcare
- Background in healthcare education
