Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Supervisor to join our residential treatment team at The Children's Village. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the treatment program, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the supervision of Caseworkers and Individual & Family Therapists.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in social work or related license-eligible field (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCAT).
  • Four years of full-time paid experience as a Social Worker in child welfare/foster care/DJJ/OCFS.
  • Strong clinical and administrative skills to supervise Social/Case Work staff.
  • Valid NYS Driver's license.
