The Children's Village seeks a motivated Adolescent Support Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral needs of our adolescent residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized support and counseling to adolescents
- Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting healthy habits
- Participating in group therapy sessions and activity planning
- Maintaining open communication with colleagues and supervisors
Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Human Services or a related field
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Previous experience working with adolescents, preferably in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
