Job Summary

As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for supervising an assigned concessions stand or multiple stands and leading team members in the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of concession team members on a per shift basis, including training, counseling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards.
  • Inspect all stands and portables in the assigned area, ensuring all remain clean, sanitized, and safe.
  • Analyze and resolve all problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management as needed.
  • Verify stand inventories before and after each event, and as assigned.
  • Verify food preparation for timeliness and proper quantities.
  • Evaluate and document performance of stand attendants.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned area.
  • Assist concession associates in serving guests as business levels demand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in food service position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred.
  • Previous cash handling/cashier experience required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • No high school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently immerses hands in water, soaps, and sanitizer.
  • May be exposed to variable temperature.

Shift Details

Day shift, evening shift, holidays, weekends.
