- Develop and implement social media channel strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience persona identification
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO

Requirements:

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Expertise in multiple social media experience with B to C and B to B digital marketing across different social media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Multitasking and analytical skills

- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of social media experience
