Caregiving Support Specialist

At ResCare Community Living, we are committed to providing exceptional support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiving Support Specialist to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and possess excellent communication skills. As a Caregiving Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care to individuals in their homes or group settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks, as well as maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Accompanying individuals to scheduled appointments and engaging in recreational activities
- Documenting services provided and reporting any changes in the individual's condition
