About the Role

\Component a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in promoting health and wellness in your community. This includes working with patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues to deliver personalized healthcare services. You will also be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy technicians, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will participate in patient care programs and contribute to the development of solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy. As a key component of this role, you will lead with heart, display empathy and compassion for those you serve, and demonstrate genuine, authentic care for your patients. You will also be responsible for motivating and inspiring your team, developing their strengths, addressing knowledge gaps, and contributing to a 'team' culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride. To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable, thrive in a dynamic environment, and seek new ways to grow and collaborate with others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\Component: Active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed, not on the DEA Excluded Parties List, immunization certification through an accredited organization, no pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
