Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing home-based speech rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. With a focus on providing exceptional care and support, you will work closely with patients and their families to create personalized treatment plans that promote effective communication and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans that address patient-specific challenges
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • An ASHA certificate of clinical competence
  • At least one year of clinical experience in speech therapy
