Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
  • Must meet EEC work experience and education requirements for Site Coordinator Qualifications.
  • Completed EEC Essentials Training.
  • Comply with EEC Background Records Check regulations and Professional Qualification Registry requirements.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment with children ages 3-5.
  • Working knowledge of child development and teaching strategies.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with children, staff, and parents. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
