- Provide guidance and direction to team members and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Stay current with EEC regulations, DOE Standards, and QRIS requirements to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Must meet EEC work experience and education requirements for Site Coordinator Qualifications.
- Completed EEC Essentials Training.
- Comply with EEC Background Records Check regulations and Professional Qualification Registry requirements.
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment with children ages 3-5.
- Working knowledge of child development and teaching strategies.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with children, staff, and parents. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
