Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director of Nursing in managing designated nursing units, which includes developing policies, planning organizational strategies, and overseeing the delivery of geriatric nursing care. This role also involves establishing and monitoring standards for gerontological nursing practices, as well as fostering public relations, education, and consultation within the assigned units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Nursing School. Must be a Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of employment.
  • A minimum of years of experience as a floor nurse, with at least one year of clinical experience in geriatric nursing.
