Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Coordination and Leadership: Coordinate daily activities of in-patient units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and safety.
- Staff Development: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Operational Management: Oversee the management of in-patient units, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with prior supervisory experience in in-patient nursing preferred.
- Certifications: Current licensure to practice in Ohio, BCLS, and ACLS certifications required.
