Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for the Director of Nursing position will possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, alongside a thorough understanding of healthcare policies and regulations. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Planning, developing, and directing nursing services and programs in line with current regulations.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and finalize individualized care plans for residents.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges, including nursing assessments and care plans.
Qualifications
