  • They will be responsible for managing crews of up to 50 employees, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and overseeing the completion of electrical construction projects.">
  • The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.">
">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Supervise and manage electrical construction crews, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards.">
  • Maintain accurate records of crew productivity, time management, and material usage.">
  • Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.">
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for electrical technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.">
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.">
