About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrician Manager to lead our electrical installation, maintenance, and repair teams in commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities.

The successful candidate will have advanced technical knowledge of electrical systems, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians and other personnel on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and according to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including daily work reports, time sheets, material inventory logs, and safety incident reports.
  • Conduct pre-job planning to drive productivity goals, ensure proper tools and equipment are onsite, and accurately install wire, conduit, panel boards, and fixtures.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for junior electricians and apprentices, promoting their skill development and career advancement.
Requirements
  • A technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior electrician or foreman in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Advanced ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical service manuals.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in OSHA standards and guidelines, Journeyman or Master Electrician card/license, and First Aid/CPR certification are preferred.
