Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of serving/bartending experience in a high-end casual or fine dining environment
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and whiskey is preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
