About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Med Surg Oncology unit at Methodist Hospital. As a healthcare leader, you will be responsible for facilitating patient care delivery, managing staff, and promoting professional nursing practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, direction, and support.
  • Manage personnel, including interviewing, staffing, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and motivation.
  • Plan, organize, and direct patient care services to meet organizational goals and standards.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
  • 1+ years applicable experience Required
  • 3+ years applicable experience Preferred
  • Current license to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
