Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
  • Conduct test drives and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, providing time estimates for further repairs
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

  • Ford certification preferred
  • Strong background in automotive repair
  • Excellent teamwork abilities
  • Must possess personal tools
  • Must hold a clean and valid driver's license
