About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Legend Senior Living. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, grounds, and facilities to ensure a safe and attractive living environment.
  • Complete and document work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds, and equipment.
  • Assist the Maintenance Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC, and repairs and/or maintenance.
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements.
