Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately complete, maintain, and process essential documentation and records to uphold data integrity within customer management systems.
  • Effectively manage multiple applications and tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain a high rate of productivity while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Meet scheduled deadlines and demonstrate flexibility to accommodate peak workload periods.
  • Proactively engage in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Educational Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in relevant software applications, including the ability to operate multiple programs concurrently, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
