About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician to join our team at Real Property Management Beacon. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services to our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including but not limited to, general carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing work, painting, and drywall repair.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Document all work performed, including before and after photos and detailed descriptions of work completed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and property owners, responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a residential property management setting.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair principles, including but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
