STINE REGIONAL SALES CONSULTANT Job Overview:

Stine Seed Company, a privately-owned and expanding national seed firm, is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within the designated region.

Acquire and maintain comprehensive agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed offerings relevant to the area.

Oversee current dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to boost sales.

Effectively communicate and execute Stine's sales initiatives and policies within the territory to achieve district sales objectives.

Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in the assigned area.

Foster and strengthen relationships with customers and potential clients, either directly or through designated representatives.



Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of agricultural experience, including prior roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques, along with strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate challenges, is required.

Proven success in dealer development and retention is preferred.

Candidates should exhibit initiative and the capacity to work independently to achieve set objectives.

Preference will be given to individuals with a proven track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values to achieve desired outcomes.
