Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Business Integration Partners S.P.A. in Houston. This is a Manager-level position that requires at least five years of relevant technical program management experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated delivery of products and initiatives with high levels of complexity. They will blend traditional project management with new methods, such as scaled Agile, to support effective product development units and coordinate between multiple teams.

The Technical Program Manager will work with one of our largest clients in the energy sector, developing and managing project plans, communication, resource allocation, and processes. They will analyze management and technical processes to ensure they are delivered as expected, meet regularly with project stakeholders, and define project scope, goals, and objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities, clear communication skills, and the ability to motivate a wide variety of teams associated with the project. They will also have analytical, computer, and math skills, as well as knowledge of new and established software and/or hardware systems and the ability to train others on them.

We offer a competitive base salary of up to $150k depending on experience, discretionary performance bonus, sales incentives, referral bonus scheme, and a suite of medical, dental, and vision insurance.
