We are seeking a skilled IT Field Support Specialist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a 3-6 month+ project that requires a minimum of 3 years of ONSITE experience in Desktop Imaging & Deployment, Troubleshooting, Configuration, and responding to Help Desk Tickets. The schedule is M-F from 8am-5pm with weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and repair tasks for various end-user devices.
  • Provide dedicated support to client VIPs.
  • Respond to change management requests by installing new PC equipment, offering desk-side support, and performing related tasks.
  • Execute Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities as required.
  • Carry out all assigned desk-side support duties.
  • Maintain high standards of technical and professional service.
  • Achieve established customer service satisfaction levels and meet operational metrics as specified in guidelines.
  • Communicate proactively with end-users and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair estimates, and status updates.
  • Adhere to all documented service operations policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties or acquire additional certifications as needed to support business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of solid IT/Desktop Support experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in end-user support, desktop imaging, and responding to help desk tickets.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and hardware systems.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess a basic repair kit.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
