Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to play a vital role as the subject matter expert on utilizing marketing technologies to improve RSI's marketing efforts, including search engine optimization, customer segmentation, and social media. This individual will be responsible for aligning digital marketing strategies with the company's business goals, implementing marketing automation tools, optimizing SEO, ensuring website privacy compliance, and providing data and reports to the leadership team to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, implement, and improve marketing technologies using best practices
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve processes
  • Manage email campaigns
  • Enhance website design, optimization, performance, functionality, and security
  • Conduct Google SEO and PPC activities
  • Provide marketing technology subject matter expertise
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in a tech marketing capacity
  • Technical expertise and experience with:
    • Google Ads and Analytics
    • Google Suite, including Google Docs and Google Sheets
    • WordPress
    • HubSpot
    • Asana or similar project management tools
    • Zoom
    • Hootsuite
    • Chat GPT
    • GoDaddy Hosting Security Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and document effectively
  • Task and project management
  • Able to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours
