Chief Technology Officer of Human Resources Infrastructure

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Human Resources Information Systems department. This role is crucial in driving innovation and efficiency within the organization through well-managed projects and enhancements.
Responsibilities:- Lead HR Technology Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of HR technology solutions, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/Payroll, and other legacy HR systems.
- Manage HRIS Engineering Team: Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project delivery and services.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders: Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align HRIS capabilities with organizational needs, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
- Negotiate Vendor Contracts: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software and professional services.
- Innovate HR Technology: Drive innovation in HR technology, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve systems and processes.
- Manage Budget: Develop and manage the HRIS Engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Cultivate Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Corporate Technology organization.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure SAP HCM systems are compliant with global and local regulatory requirements, particularly regarding data security and employee privacy.
- Integrate SAP HCM Systems: Oversee the integration of SAP HCM with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Drive Enhancements Roadmap: Develop and drive the roadmap for SAP HCM enhancements, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices.
