Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Community Solutions. The successful candidate will work with adolescent females, providing comprehensive treatment services and interventions to support their mental health recovery and stability.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, with experience working with adolescent females and knowledge of trauma-informed practices. DBT certification and experience are preferred.
This is a full-time position, with a starting salary of $70,000 annually. The schedule is flexible, with 40 hours per week. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing a therapeutic milieu, providing consultation to staff, and maintaining a caseload of 4-5 girls.
The Clinical Therapist will also be responsible for providing psychotropic medication education to youth and families, assisting in the development and implementation of program monitoring and evaluation, and completing all documentation and maintaining client files.
