Skanska is seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in construction or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
