We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Animal Care Supervisor to join our team at Pet Palace - Nations Ford. This is a critical position that requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for animal care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our furry friends, ensuring their safety, happiness, and overall well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising daily animal care activities, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring pet health
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing owner concerns, and maintaining open communication channels
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other in achieving common goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in animal care or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • A strong passion for animal welfare, combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately track finances and inventory
Working Conditions and Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can expect to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
