Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect materials and products for conformance to specifications
  • Load, unload, package, and move materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site
  • Operate machines in the work group and maintain accurate records
  • Detect and report faulty materials, machines, or equipment to management
  • Assist in documenting operational procedures and work instructions
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
Additional Skills
  • Full-time position with regular scheduled hours
  • Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs. and stand for 8-10 hours per day
