Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for customers and sales representatives
  • Address customer problems within established response time
  • Suggest changes and methods for the improvement of our products
  • Verify, and if necessary, report defects when encountered during testing, support, or training
Quality Control
  • Test new versions and updates
  • Confirm bug fixes and maintain bug tracking system
Other Tasks
  • Assist with the development and editing of training guides and videos
  • Provide training and support for customers, salespeople, and internal staff
  • Assemble and test fly drones
Requirements
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in computer or information technology
  • Experience in the construction industry and AGTEK products
  • Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly master and explain software
  • Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Must work cooperatively with other team members
  • Is willing to travel occasionally
