Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for customers and sales representatives
- Address customer problems within established response time
- Suggest changes and methods for the improvement of our products
- Verify, and if necessary, report defects when encountered during testing, support, or training
- Test new versions and updates
- Confirm bug fixes and maintain bug tracking system
- Assist with the development and editing of training guides and videos
- Provide training and support for customers, salespeople, and internal staff
- Assemble and test fly drones
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in computer or information technology
- Experience in the construction industry and AGTEK products
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to quickly master and explain software
- Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
- Must work cooperatively with other team members
- Is willing to travel occasionally
