Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and sell a variety of fudge products to customers.
  • Perform various functions in Ginna's restaurant, including deli service, barista duties, grilling, ice cream preparation, baking, and other tasks as directed by management.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations as mandated by local and state laws.
  • Ensure proper receipt and storage of products in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new associates using established guidelines.
  • Maintain cash control and manage till operations according to company policies.
  • Support daily operations, including cleaning schedules and opening/closing tasks.
  • Keep a thorough understanding of café recipes and prepared food items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional appearance.
  • Exhibit professionalism in demeanor and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
  • Read and interpret safety guidelines and operational manuals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prepare a variety of food and beverage items.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience or training preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Be aware that our food may contain common allergens.

Must be capable of performing various physical tasks, including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting.

This role may require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.

SCHEELS prioritizes the health and safety of our associates, who are expected to follow all safety protocols.

Work Schedule:

We are looking for candidates to fill various shifts, including daytime, evenings, and weekends. Shifts will vary, with an average of 15-20 hours per week.

Compensation:

The stated pay rate is a base hourly wage.
