Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of fudge products for customer sales.
- Execute all functions related to Ginna's restaurant, including deli service, barista duties, grilling, ice cream preparation, baking, and other tasks as directed by management.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations as mandated by local and state laws.
- Ensure proper receipt and storage of all products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members using kitchen tools and mentoring checklists.
- Maintain cash control and manage till operations according to SCHEELS guidelines.
- Support daily and detailed cleaning schedules, as well as opening and closing procedures.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of café recipes and prepared food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal workspace and surrounding areas.
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and demeanor, fostering a positive team environment while respecting SCHEELS policies.
- Demonstrate basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Interpret safety rules and operational manuals effectively.
- Compose routine reports and correspondence as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Be available for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prepare a diverse range of food, beverages, and ingredients.

Physical Requirements:
Applicants should be aware that our food may contain common allergens.
Must be capable of performing physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, climbing, and lifting.
This role may require exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 10 to 25 pounds frequently.

Schedule:
We are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including daytime and weekend shifts, as well as evening and weekend schedules. Shifts will vary throughout the week.
Compensation:
