Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Guest Services Agent to join our team at Summit County Mountain Retreats. This role involves handling all aspects of guest communication, ensuring seamless customer experiences from start to finish.


About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for responding to reservation inquiries, managing guest information, providing relevant details about stays, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Communicate with guests in a warm and professional manner via phone or email.
  2. Access unit availability to assist with new reservations or modifications to existing ones.
  3. Assist guests before, during, and after their stay by answering questions and providing information on local attractions and amenities.
  4. Maintain accurate records and communicate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  5. Monitors housekeeping and maintenance service orders and contact the appropriate department when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
  • Prior front desk or hospitality experience is not required but preferred.

Salary:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.


Working Environment:

The office operates 7 days a week from 8 AM to 9 PM during peak season and 8 AM to 7 PM otherwise.


Additional Information:

  • Housing within Summit County is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of the Summit County area is preferred.
