Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Cook I.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety and presentation standards, and maintaining food logs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare special meals or substitute items
  2. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
  3. Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator
  4. Maintain food logs
  5. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared
  6. Communicate assistance needed during busy periods
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No specific education or certification required
