Job Overview

At Pan American Properties, we are seeking an experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 33-unit residential apartment community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring the community is rented to its fullest capacity, and managing the financial operations of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Management
    • Establish and promote a positive community environment
    • Be available to residents and assist with their needs
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    • Perform administrative tasks, including rent collection and late fee administration
    • Process resident move-ins, move-outs, rent increases, and evictions
  • Financial Operations
    • Maximize income and control expenses
    • Prepare and review financial reports, including budget and monthly reports
  • Maintenance and Repairs
    • Ensure the community is maintained to the best possible physical condition
    • Walk the property to address safety concerns, maintenance items, and cleaning needs
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
    • Interpret, enforce, and explain the apartment lease and policies
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (higher education preferred)
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an on-site property manager or highly relevant experience
  • Skills
    • Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience in budget preparation and monthly reports preparation
    • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and regulations
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
What We Offer
