Senior FMS Aviation Logistics Planner
KBR is in search of a Senior FMS Aviation Logistics Planner to enhance our logistics capabilities.
As part of a leading independent logistics organization that supports both governmental and commercial sectors, you will be integrated into a skilled and knowledgeable KBR Logistics team dedicated to providing FMS Logistics solutions for various aviation programs.
As a recipient of the National Logistics Contract, the chosen candidate will collaborate within the Security Cooperation Office (SSCO), which consists of government, military, contractor, and industry professionals, while overseeing FMS logistics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the senior aviation logistics planner in formulating strategies to address FMS logistics planning and execution challenges in support of governmental objectives.
Support the Senior Aviation Logistics Planner on significant projects and serve as the lead analyst on routine projects focused on the development, organization, and management of specialized initiatives.
Most tasks will be performed on-site; however, some domestic and international travel may be necessary to facilitate logistics operations.
Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field coupled with 5 years of experience in FMS aviation logistics is required. Alternatively, 13 years of professional experience in aviation logistics may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
An active secret level security clearance is mandatory.
The selected applicant may undergo a government security investigation and must fulfill eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment is essential.Capability to work effectively at remote locations without direct oversight is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comparable productivity software is necessary.
