Job Summary:

The Transportation Coordinator, under the general supervision of the Shuttle Supervisor, provides safe and courteous and on-time transportation to resort guests and staff to and from fixed shuttle stops both on resort and off, during a scheduled shift. This role is a key part of the resort's Guest Services team, ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a shuttle vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all shuttle stops are serviced in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing delays and disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the Shuttle Supervisor and other team members to ensure that all transportation needs are met, and that the shuttle service is running smoothly.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the shuttle vehicle, reporting any issues or concerns to the Shuttle Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
